NEW! Affordable Single Housing Units

Exciting news is on the horizon for 2025!
IDEAS HC is thrilled to announce a new development project proposal aimed at supporting working-class families. This innovative project will feature a diverse range of affordable housing options, including single detached homes, fourplexes, rowhomes, and townhomes, all situated in desirable communities where multi-residential buildings may be restricted.
We are actively looking for new build residential constructions companies to partner on our upcoming innovative initiative.

Our vision is to empower Indigenous and Black communities, helping more families transition their hard-earned dollars towards achieving home ownership.
