Our Projects

IDEAS HC is dedicated to constructing and retrofitting long-lasting, affordable housing for Black and Indigenous Communities located in rural, urban, on & off Reserves in Canada and when possible smaller projects internationally. As a not for profit housing organization, we focus on rapid housing, energy efficiency, increasing accessibility, improving quality of life, creation of jobs for Blacks & Indigenous People in professional field, education and sustainability .

Our commitment extends to building mixed-use developments that integrate essential services to support the well-being of the communities we serve as well a temporary shelters and essential services to address the needs of the vulnerable communities.
